- The font used for our plaques includes decorative flourishes. Since not every letter features these details, we’ll use our creative discretion to add 2–3 flourishes per name, depending on the length of the name and the letters it contains.
 
- Part of the natural beauty of timber is that the colour and grain will vary from piece to piece, this make it unique, not faulty. Slight burn marks may also be present, we do however sand each piece individually to minimise this.
